First compressed air heater from Leister
The LHS 410 P (as well as the LHS 210 P) is the first compressed air heater from Leister designed for an operating pressure of up to 6 bar. Its housing is made of pressure-resistant material. The LHS 410 P can be operated directly with compressed air and requires no additional blower. Thanks to its compact design, it is ideal for integration into industrial systems, such as tube production.
The power connection housing is located outside the air flow. Thanks to its sophisticated design, the LHS 410 P is easy to connect. It can be equipped with various adapters, resulting in numerous applications. The LHS 410 P single-phase air heater is available in 3600 W and 4400 W power levels for 230 V and 5500 W for 400 V.

Reinforced housing
The reinforced housing offers more safety and allows operation with compressed air. In addition, the air heater requires little space.
Suitable for compressed air operation
The LHS 410 P uses compressed air up to 6 bar operating pressure. An additional blower is not required, saving space in industrial systems.
Adapter flexibly selectable
The LHS 410 P can be equipped with various adapters. Compressed air or blower adapters are possible at the air inlet and double flange, tubefilling, nozzle or thermocouple adapters at the air outlet.
