SikaProof®-808 is a TPO based sheet membrane for below ground waterproofing of reinforced concrete structures. A special hybrid bonding layer on the membrane forms a full and permanent dual bond with the concrete structure. The membrane can be pre or post-applied.

When thermal fusion is applied using an automatic welding machine Varimat V2, Uniroof 700, Uniroof 700, Unidrive 500, Triac ST/AT for the joint between waterproofing membranes, the lap length between the membranes is 80mm, which depends on the requirements of the automatic welding machine. The minimum length of thermal fusion width is 35mm. For additional details, please refer to the picture below picture.

When thermal fusion is applied using an hand welding machine Triac ST/AT for the joint between waterproofing membranes, the lap length between the membranes is 50mm, the minimum length of thermal fusion width is 20mm.
